Company Arizant Inc.owned by an investment company Court Square Capital, specializes in the manufacture of special blankets used in the care of patients in surgical and intensive care units. Blankets are called Bair Hugger. These products provide the ability to change the temperature depending on the needs of the patient, as well as maintain the body temperature of the patient under anesthesia.
The planned annual income of the company will be 200 million US dollars. After the share deal was announced Arizant Inc. increased in price by 1 percent, which amounted to 84 cents.
