Aeroflot's Board of Directors has decided to sell its stake in the operator of duty-free shops located at Sheremetyevo Airport.
The buyer of two-thirds of the shares - 66.7% - CJSC Aerofest, the first Russian operator of duty-free trade, is Arial, which already owns several chains of such duty-free shops.
Aeroflot does not disclose the details of the future deal, while other sources give an approximate deal value of $40 million. Also, German companies Dufry International and Gebr claimed to participate in the deal. Heinemann.
