Apple and Nokia - the conflict drags on

Showdown Apple и Nokia are on the rise. Companies continue to exchange blows, and there is no clear leader yet.

And it looks like it won't be coming soon. For any action Nokia, the response follows Apple.

Not so long ago Nokia contacted the International Trade CommissionITC) with a demand to ban sales Macbook, Macbook Pro, iPod и iPhone, as they allegedly violate some patents owned by a Finnish company. In reply Apple provided ITC information according to which patents violate just the same Nokia and demanded a ban on the sale of Finnish phones in the United States.

History does not yet know of cases where such bans were introduced. It will most likely be the same this time. Experts are still confident that there will be no winners this time, and that the companies, having measured their strength, will nevertheless come to a solution that is convenient for them. But this process will drag on for many months.
