Apple has officially unveiled the all-new 16-inch MacBook Pro laptop.
The company notes that the device received a "captivating imagination" Retina display, improved performance on the 80% and a "magic" keyboard. Apple is touting the new laptop as a product for developers, photographers, filmmakers, scientists, producers and anyone who "relies on a Mac to create their best work."
The laptop is equipped with an 8-core processor, expandable memory up to 64 GB, next-generation graphics with 8 GB video memory and a new and improved design. The company notes that the new MacBook Pro has become "more powerful than ever" and calls it "the best professional laptop in the world."

The laptop features a new Magic Keyboard with a redesigned mechanism and 1mm travel for a smoother keystroke experience. The device includes a six-speaker stereo system, extended battery life, Touch Bar, Touch ID, Force Touch trackpad, and second-generation Apple T2 Security Chip.
Apple notes that the new MacBook Pro has been designed with cutting-edge design solutions that allow the device to operate longer with high performance and power and withstand more intense workloads compared to the previous generation model. The laptop is equipped with a battery capacity of 100 watts - the largest in the history of the line. Thus, the device can work autonomously for 11 hours of uninterrupted Internet surfing or video playback from the Apple TV application.
To provide the ultimate storage experience for professional users, Apple has doubled the standard SSD storage capacity from 512GB to 1TB. Optionally, the laptop can be configured with an 8TB SSD, making it the most spacious laptop ever. The device will start at $2,399, the same price Apple used to sell the 15-inch MacBook Pro it replaces.
