Especially for connoisseurs of art in the style of El Día de Muertos.
Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Chopard has created a line of watches inspired by El Día de Muertos celebrated in Mexico and Central America.
The company has created a trio called “Día de los Muertos” especially for participation in the SIAR watch exhibition in Mexico, brilliantly playing with the traditions of the holiday included in the list of the intangible cultural heritage of mankind by UNESCO.

The first model in the series is the 40 mm steel LUC Skull One Calavera Pop Art watch with the image of the main symbol of the holiday in the pop-art style. The model is equipped with an automatic movement Chopard LUC 96.53-L with a 58-hour power reserve.
Complementing the collection are the LUC Quattro Spirit 25 TimeForArt Edition, exclusively created for the exhibition, with an 18K gold case and a dial with a skull motif and a single minute hand. The watch has a hand-wound movement that runs for eight days.

The latest in the series is the LUC Full Strike in a 42.5mm 18K white gold case, hand-engraved and blackened. The watch is distinguished by hand engraving that covers the case. The design includes unique skulls, guitars, flowers and skeletons.
