The Italian brand is selling "the world's most expensive t-shirts" in support of its first real estate project.
Italian fashion brand Diesel has announced the launch of an unusual advertising campaign in support of its apartment complex in Miami. Diesel has released a special line of t-shirts showing the layouts of the new apartments. Each T-shirt buyer is invited to receive an apartment as a gift.
The idea is that the T-shirts are "the most expensive in the world" - ranging from a few hundred thousand to $5.5 million. In total, 143 T-shirts with original prints were produced as part of the campaign, repeating the plans of all apartments for sale.
Fashion business owner Diesel entered the residential real estate market in 2018 by building the Wynwood premium condominium in Miami in partnership with real estate firm Bel-Invest.
However, Diesel's intention to sell the T-shirt to a buyer for several million dollars should not be taken too seriously. Each piece of clothing in the Special Collection has a disclaimer in fine print. That is, advertising for the sale of apartments, on the one hand, is reliable, on the other hand, the contract will most likely be concluded for the sale of an apartment, and a T-shirt from the Italian brand can be received as a gift.
advertising campaign for Diesel led the New York-based startup Small, which previously had a successful collaboration with Samsonite. In a new campaign unlike anything else on the real estate market, Diesel "defies conformity to create something completely unexpected," the agency said.
