Large German manufacturer of all kinds of tools and equipment. It has been operating since 1964, when engineer Josef Thannhuber founded the company in Landau, on the river Isar (Landau/Isar). Hans Einhell, Inh. Josef Thannhuber. The first products were transformers, and a little later, a transformer-type welding machine (the company is still engaged in them to this day). By 1965, the staff, which initially consisted of a little over ten people, had already grown to four dozen. Tannhuber initially focused on the highest possible quality at an affordable price. But initially the raw materials for the products were collected from a nearby car dump.
By 1966, the range of products was significantly expanded. And a year later, it began to be exported to neighboring countries. By that time, the company was already quite firmly on its feet, even a very strong fire at the production site could not destroy it, which happened in 1968 and caused the failure of a large number of equipment and a temporary stop in production.

The recovery was very fast. Moreover, by 1973, the production capacity was no longer enough and the first production line appeared abroad, in Spain. A few years later, subsidiaries appear in other European countries. To date, the group Einhell includes more than two dozen companies.
The current range of products includes hundreds of items. It is divided into three main components - tools, gardening equipment, as well as home and life. Most of the products are assembled in China.
