NMD_Backpack is the first backpack in the history of the LVMH-controlled brand.
German brands adidas and Rimowa have teamed up for the first time ever to create a collection of high-end luggage for tomorrow's travelers. The line will go on sale on November 17th.
The collection includes only two items - a travel backpack, stylized as a luxurious travel suitcase, and sneakers.

The adidas x Rimowa NMD_Backpack is the first backpack from the LVMH-controlled brand, which, by the way, has a history of about 125 years. You can become the owner of an unusual accessory in every sense for $ 1,500.
“For Rimowa, creating this backpack was a way to challenge ourselves and apply the experience and craftsmanship that we use to create our suitcases in a completely new format: a tough bag,” commented the company.

According to Emeli De Vitis, chief executive of Rimowa, the ergonomic aspect and points of contact are completely different from the classic suitcases the company has ever produced.
The rucksack suitcase body is made of aluminum and covered with a foam cushion for easy carrying on the back. The handle of the backpack is stylized as laces, and the padded shoulder straps are easily adjustable in length.

The second item in the joint collection of brands is the adidas x Rimowa NMD_S1 sneakers, created to pair with a backpack. They feature a Primeknit upper, Boost midsole and a few bold touches of Rimowa style.
