The story of the sale, which has been going on for quite a long time Saab seems to be approaching its logical conclusion. To the owner of the brand - an American concern GM, and to the buyer - a Dutch company Spyker managed to reach an agreement.
We remind you that earlier GM stated that if an agreement is not reached in the near future, the automaker will liquidate the unprofitable enterprise. However, the Dutch managed to interest the Americans with a rather interesting proposal. However, the details of the deal have not yet been disclosed. It is believed that Saab was valued at 400 million euros.
If there are no complications, the transaction will be completed before the end of February.
