The new Häagen-Dazs x Pierre Hermé flavors are available in South Korea and Europe.
Ice cream maker Häagen-Dazs has celebrated with a new flavor created by the famous French pastry chef Pierre Hermès.
The special edition is ice cream with macarons and is the first-ever combination of the expertise of one of the world's leading brands and a renowned dessert specialist.
The project blended Häagen-Dazs ice cream with a top-secret macaron recipe for the sweetest flavor, balanced with almond flavor for a nutty touch.
The resulting base was used as a basis for creating a palette of flavors with strawberry and raspberry, double chocolate, as well as yuzu and lemon. With the launch of the line, the brand announced the creation of a “purely French taste of love.”
"For the last twenty years, I have been constantly creating and reimagining macaron recipes - it is my favorite creative field. My macarons are my personality, so to add them to ice cream, I had to work with the best," commented Hermé.
The new Häagen-Dazs x Pierre Hermé flavors are already on sale in South Korea and some European countries.
