In the new season, the capsule line will include denim, created from undyed organic cotton.
Swedish fashion brand H&M announced the creation of a new collection within the Conscious Exclusive ecological line, which reflects the company's policy in the field of sustainable development. In the new season "Spring-Summer 2020", the capsule line will include denim, created from undyed organic cotton.
In the production of the new collection, innovative techniques were used to create special, more durable fabrics. The main inspiration for the designers was the famous Blue Express, which ran between the north and south of France in the twenties of the last century.
The Conscious Exclusive collection features colorful evening and casual dresses made from lightweight sheer fabrics, as well as knitwear made from recycled textiles and recycled polyester. Many items were created from fabrics that were not used in the production of past collections.
One of the novelties of the 2020 sustainable line in the H&M collections is denim, created from undyed organic cotton. The capsule included summer shoes and numerous accessories, including bags made from vegan leather with plant-derived ingredients.
The Eco Collection is expected to be available at select H&M locations worldwide from March 26, 2020. Last year, the "green" line of the Swedish brand, traditionally actively promoting its initiatives in the field of ecology, celebrated its tenth anniversary. The Conscious Exclusive collection of the Autumn-Winter 2019-2020 season is currently on sale on the Russian market: jeans cost about 2,000 rubles, knitwear - from 400 rubles, dresses - from 2,000 to 4,000 rubles.
