According to the manufacturer, the brush not only connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth, but also uses artificial intelligence technology, thanks to which it is able to track how well you brush your teeth. For example, it will report a missed area, indicate that you are putting too much pressure on your teeth, or, conversely, not pressing hard enough. For this, a whole set of sensors is used, the data from which is processed by special software.
This is not the first plug-in Oral-B brush. The company introduced the very first model with Bluetooth back in 2014. This solution could be programmed in such a way as not to miss a single section. It was understood that this should be done with the participation of a dentist. Then, in 2016, a new model was introduced that could already track everything on its own, but it required a smartphone camera to work.
