Not all users need smartphones or mobile phones with many features. Many are quite satisfied with a regular phone that can only make calls and send SMS, without wandering through the wilds of an obscure and confusing menu. Well, if the user has poor eyesight or problems with finger motility, then I would also like the keys of the device, as well as the characters on the screen, to be large (such devices are often called "grandmother's phones", thereby hinting at their audience). It is on this concept that phones are built under the brand Just5.
It is possible that these devices look very extravagant, but they do an excellent job of their duties, filling a previously unoccupied niche - after all, although the idea literally floated on the surface, none of the eminent mobile phone manufacturers noticed it. However, now there is a different trend in the world: contrary to the predictions of many homegrown analysts, simple mobile phones are not going to “die out” at all, leaving the market behind smartphones. No, they will not go anywhere, but will continue their peaceful coexistence with pocket computers, without intersecting and not competing with each other.

Just5 was introduced to the market in 2009. Devices under this brand have repeatedly received prestigious awards and prizes (for example, iF Product Design Award и Red Dot Design Award). Both for the idea and for the design. After all, the creators also managed to develop models that are not ashamed to be picked up by a wealthy person. This is the concept of the brand - the devices that are produced under it were created not as budget, but as convenient. They are based on platforms MTK и Infeneon. Phones work in GSM networks, there are models for CDMA.
The central office, which manages Just5 worldwide distribution, is located in Riga, Latvia. There are also offices in Russia and the USA. The Chinese office is responsible for product assembly and quality. Orbit Telecom entered into partnership agreements with some well-known mobile operators (Vodafone, MegaFon, beeline) and electronics retailers (Maxima, Elkor), through which the sales of phones that are sold in the markets of Russia, the USA, China and Europe take place.
