Skims, created by reality TV star Kim Kardashian West, has unveiled the new face of its ad campaign, as announced by the celebrity herself on her Twitter. The choice was quite unexpected for many. In a series of photos and short videos, the legendary top model and famous personality Kate Moss will appear before the audience.
The first pictures with the participation of the supermodel, who rose to fame in the 90s, are posted on the official Instagram page of the brand. On them, Kate demonstrates things from the new collections of the brand Skims Fits Everybody and Cotton. In the pictures, the model also appears in a black lingerie set, a light bra, and also in the image that caused the most discussion among fashion lovers - in black Skims leggings, but completely topless.
The bright, eye-catching photos and videos were shot by photographer Donna Trope. Already on July 15, the advertising campaign will officially start and the materials will be shown through various media channels.
For the Skims brand, created in 2019 and already in the second quarter of 2021 managed to reach a value of $1.6 billion, such a choice will be an opportunity to once again loudly declare itself and attract a new audience. The brand is positioned as the most inclusive, offering comfortable lingerie for all body types and ages, and its summer campaign, involving one of the biggest names in the fashion world, promises to be a noticeable phenomenon and remembered by fans.
