The first thing visitors notice KFC restaurants is a redesigned package. According to the official statement of the company, it has become more modern. At the same time, the brand's signature red and white colors and the image of the head of Colonel Sanders were retained.
Also, the new packaging will be printed instructions for warming up and a brief annotation of the products contained in it with a small historical digression. And most importantly, the famous slogan "It's Finger Lickin' Good" will return to it. The phrase briefly disappeared last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, during which the call to lick your fingers looked frankly out of place.
The instructions for warming up appeared, probably, as a reaction to the changed behavior of buyers, who, due to the same pandemic, prefer to order fast food at home rather than go to restaurants. According to the company's latest reports, this is what the majority of KFC fans do today.
And of course, special attention was paid to the environmental friendliness of the new packaging. For it, a specially designed cardboard will be used, which is easy to recycle. Various environmental organizations took part in its creation.
