Renowned network security experts Cloudflare have unveiled Warp, a free VPN service.
According to the developers, Warp redirects all traffic through Cloudflare servers, as a result of which the use of the browser becomes not only safer, but also faster (the smartphone battery will not experience additional load). However, using Warp to change your location will not work. So if you want to watch an interesting show that is only available on the American version of Netflix, you need another solution. The service is built on the basis of application 1.1.1.1, which deals with DNS address resolution.
The standard version of the application 1.1.1.1 is completely free and does not have any restrictions. Download app from Warp VPN service can be found here. There is also a more advanced Warp+ mode that uses Argo technology to increase the speed of access on the 30% while making web browsing even more secure. But it is already provided by subscription, the cost of which varies depending on the country - $1-5.

Unlike other similar applications, Warp does not save almost any data about the user. You don't even need to register to start using it. The identifier is a randomly generated number. When the application is launched for the first time, the user can get acquainted with information about which data can be stored by the company. Cloudflare claims that no information will fall into the hands of third parties.
Separately, it is emphasized that the application is intended for ordinary users. Professionals will be disappointed by the lack of precise settings. In essence, it all comes down to a single button designed to turn on or shutdown VPN.
The company announced the start of work on Warp back in early April, it was expected that the application would be presented in July. However, due to a number of delays, the issue was moved to the end of September.
