The role of the company will be reduced to the consulting support of experts from the IGCI division - INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation. According to Yevgeny Kaspersky, close cooperation between the employees of his brainchild and Interpol will increase the effectiveness of the fight against crimes related to high technologies. New methods and tools will be developed to counteract cybercriminals. That is, we are actually talking about the birth of the “Interpol Internet”, the main office of which will be located in Singapore.
By the way, as you know, Kaspersky began his career at a research institute related to state security agencies. However, it had nothing to do with the creation of antiviruses then.
