The social network LinkedIn has officially confirmed its intention to acquire the Pulse app, a well-known and very popular news aggregator, recognized as one of the best in its class.
It is already known that the absorption will not affect the operation of the application in any way. It can be used as is. The main change will only be that Pulse will now embed a feed from LinkedIn by default.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. However, the Internet has already suggested that it could be at least $90 million.
The Pulse aggregator was created in 2010. It is one of the most popular news reader apps today. There are versions for iOS and Androidalso use Pulse online. During its existence, the program has repeatedly received the most positive feedback, not only from ordinary users, but also from all kinds of publishing houses specializing in technology.
