Disney has announced the start of sales of a new collection of goods dedicated to Loki, a character in the Marvel universe created on the basis of the Scandinavian mythical creature, Thor's half-brother.
Clothing, numerous accessories and souvenirs, and, of course, Loki's signature figurines from Funko appeared on sale. The fan-favorite Marvel villain with a chaotic personality now shows off his shoulder-length hairdo in a stylish vinyl look. Instead of the typical cloak and daggers, the hero wears a shirt and tie, while Mobius appears with a wand in his hands. The collection also includes branded T-shirts, a thermos, and even a green and gold horned headband from Loki's iconic helmet.
Sales of the long-awaited collection of Loki merchandise started simultaneously on the official ShopDisney store and on Amazon, anticipating the release of the new series on the screens of the streaming service.
The third Disney+ series sends viewers back to the aftermath of Loki's escape, stealing the Space Stone in the final part of The Avengers and ending up in the hands of the Office of Time Change under the supervision of Mobius and Ravonna's Lexus Renslayer.
The official premiere of the series will take place on June 9, 2021. It is known that it will include 6 episodes in the style of "science fiction", inspired by "Blade Runner" and "Mad Men". The role of Loki in the series is played by Tom Hiddleston, along with Gugu Embata-Ro, Richard Grant, Wunmi Mossaku and other actors.
