The French luxury manufacturer has launched a new collection of sports equipment.
The French brand Louis Vuitton celebrated with a new collection of sports equipment worth tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. Following Dior, Gucci and Balenciaga, the luxury retailer, decided to try creating sports goods for everyday play.
The collection included an $87,500 foosball table made in the brand's signature aesthetic, a $7,150 basketball hoop and a real full-size pool table priced from $107,000 to $131,000.

The line also includes relatively inexpensive accessories that can accompany athletes during the game: so, in particular, golf towels cost $530, and sunglasses covers - a few hundred.

The exquisite monogrammed chessboard is available for $4,600.
Other recognizable items in the collection include a ping-pong table, skate and surfboards, bicycle helmets, skis, and even dumbbells for the gym. All this in LV branded wrapping - and at exorbitant prices. The collection is crowned by authentic soccer worth $2250.
