The French fashion house and manufacturer of luxury goods invites fans to discover new facets of the brand - to visit its first restaurant.
Louis Vuitton expands its business scope and opens its first restaurant in Osaka, Japan. The establishments will appear in the new flagship store of the brand, which is scheduled to open in February 2020.
A separate name was coined for the new undertaking - Le Café V. This may indicate that the company plans to continue opening its own restaurants and cafes. If the first experience is successful, then we can expect the appearance of Le Café V restaurants in other brand stores around the world.
It is expected that by providing consumers with new experiences, even not directly related to the sale of goods, Louis Vuitton will be able to increase their brand loyalty and reinforce the perception of the brand itself as part of a luxury lifestyle. This is not the first time the company has resorted to such tactics. So, Louis Vuitton has already held exhibitions of contemporary art and the experience was successful enough for the company to continue experiments in different areas.
Le Café V will be located on the top floor of a four-level Louis Vuitton store in Osaka. The menu of the restaurant is created by the famous Japanese chef Yosuke Suga. An open terrace will adjoin the establishment, and a bar will also function here. The Louis Vuitton flagship store in Osaka will open on February 1st and Le Café V will be available from February 15th.
