McDonald's presented a collection of goods for those who consider themselves members of the Quarter Pounder fan club. It will be on sale for a limited time online on the company's website.
The collection will include a set of Quarter Pounder scented candles in glass containers. In total, hamburger lovers can enjoy six flavors - sesame seed buns, ketchup, pickles, cheese, onions and fresh beef. Fragrances can be used individually. But the creators of the collection recommend lighting them all together to smell the whole hamburger.
In addition to candles, the collection will also include mittens with the McDonald's logo, a themed calendar for 2020, a heart-shaped medallion with photos of a hamburger inside, t-shirts, as well as badges and stickers with the symbols of the Quarter Pounder fan club.
McDonald's also announces that the company will not only release a new collection of products in honor of the popular dish. She will go much further - she will put a real monument to the famous hamburger. A company press release says that a bronze statue of Quarter Pounder will be installed in one of the American cities (the exact location has not yet been disclosed). The opening of the monument is scheduled for February 26, 2020. So far, all that is known about him is that one sesame seed on a bronze hamburger will be 20 times the size of a real Quarter Pounder.
