Apple Music service for the first time became available to users of Xbox.
Previously, it was possible to use Apple TV and Spotify on set-top boxes, and users finally waited for the latest updates.
The Apple Music app has been made available to Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One owners and can be downloaded from both the Xbox Store and Microsoft. Once the app is opened, it appears as a larger version of the same screen as on mobile devices.
Apple Music offers users background playback so that music can now be listened to while playing games. In addition, with the launch of the service, additional opportunities open up for gamers who do not have separate speakers and prefer to listen to music from a TV or computer.
The decision to allow Xbox users to access Apple Music was not an easy one for Microsoft. By comparison, Sony made it possible for PlayStation 5 owners to listen to music through Apple Music back in mid-2021.
