Dessert-specializing South Korean company Nudake (the project is being developed by sunglasses maker Gentle Monster) has unveiled an unusual product. "Burger Cake" was created to celebrate the opening of the company's new flagship location in Seoul's Songsu District.
This is the first point in the Nudake portfolio in an exclusive flagship format, so the company did not miss the opportunity to celebrate this big event with the creation of a special product called Burger Cake.
The dish continues the brand's course to create unique creations inspired by art and fashion. The unusual “cake” will be presented only in the new location – fans of the brand will try it in three flavor variations, and a special micro-size version will also be available.
The authors of the unusual “burger” reported that it was born as a result of numerous studies and experiments with ingredients and creams.
Nudake's menu lists "Onion Pickle Burger Cake" with American cheese, chocolate patties, pickles and onion cream. The second variety is “Corn Ramen Burger Cake”, which includes ramen noodles and savory corn cream. Finally, "Peak Burger Cake" is served with black buns and matcha cream - the same used in the signature dessert "Nudake Peak Cake".
