It is stated that the merger will be completed by mid-February. As a result, a single department will be organized, dealing with the development of all types of consoles. In total, 280 people will work in it (130 from the stationary department and 150 from the portable consoles department).
As a result of the restructuring, the company's management expects a significant increase in the efficiency of the development of next-generation consoles. In total, 340 million US dollars will be invested in this project.
