A manufacturer of high-tech fitness equipment expands with the release of sportswear.
Fitness brand Peloton, which specializes in the production of tech equipment and subscription fitness content, recently announced the creation of its own fashion brand, Peloton Apparel.
Today it became known that the products will be available to customers in Australia. The first men's and women's collections, made from four fabrics, are available for sale at prices ranging from $24 to $182 per item.

“We know that Australians take outdoor clothing seriously and we are thrilled to launch this new fashion that blends comfort, ease and function,” said Peloton Vice President Jill Foley.
Peloton Apparel clothing has been tested by members and community instructors to ensure a high level of quality for consumers, the company said.

Earlier it was reported that Peloton will open interactive stores in the main cities of Australia before the end of 2021 to give consumers the opportunity to try out their smart bikes.
The company plans to market its Peloton Bike and Bike+ products, which will cost $2,895 and $3,695 respectively, as well as an all-access membership that will allow access to Peloton's fitness programs for $59 per month.
Peloton's core products are internet-connected stationary bikes and treadmills that allow subscribers to remotely participate in workouts via media streaming. In the fall of 2019, the company held an IPO for $1.3 billion with a business valuation of $8 billion. Paloton's shares have quadrupled in price since going public.
