Recent surveys of consumers in the US and Europe show that of all consumer electronics brands, the South Korean brand is now preferred.
More recently, the name Samsung buyers associated with inexpensive, but not very high-quality equipment. Indeed, when the company was just starting its activities, the quality of its products left much to be desired. But since then, a lot has changed and Samsung has managed to become a market leader, producing a wide variety of equipment.
Analytical agency Strategy Analytics presented research data, according to which Samsung is ahead of such well-known companies as Apple, LG, Sony, Dell, Panasonic, Toshiba, HP. Moreover, such popularity is noted in all groups of respondents, different income levels, different ages, from different geographical points. In total, about 6,000 respondents were interviewed. 41% of them stated that they are more or less likely to purchase Samsung products.
The following places, according to user preferences, are arranged as follows: HP - 20%, Apple - 19%, LG - 18%, Panasonic - 14%, Nokia - 10%, Phillips - 9%, Toshiba - 7%, Dell - 7%, Acer-3%. The least preferred for the respondents was the Chinese brand Lenovo.
