Anyone can join the campaign and get a branded T-shirt of the brand containing a phrase about the fight against stereotypes.
Brand Levi's launched the campaign "My inside out", the main goal of which was to combat gender stereotypes. The project started on June 1 and will be held among Russian fans of the brand. The campaign uses the hashtag # my inside out, you can use it to read or watch stories about stereotypes that women have experienced, or post your story on social networks.
The project has already presented a lot of materials, on T-shirts there are inscriptions like “A girl is an adornment of a man, and I want to be a man” or “A girl should inspire, but I want to create.” A special form on the project website allows you to create your own digital t-shirt with the Levi's logo and place your own message or a witty phrase about the unacceptability of stereotypes on it.
In order to take part in the “My inside out” campaign, everyone can share their stories on social networks, for this you need to either turn the clothes inside out and post your photo or video with the appropriate hashtag, or create your own inscription for a virtual T-shirt on the project website and then post it on the web. Every week, 70 participants of the project, chosen by its organizers, will receive branded Levi's T-shirts with one or another phrase from the campaign as a gift.
The project has already been supported by a number of participants, including popular people who share their stories about how gender stereotypes interfered with their lives. On YouTube, you can watch videos with the participation of actress Irina Gorbacheva, stand-up comedian Irina Myagkova, as well as the Ki-kis group. The participants share their experiences, talk about how they managed to overcome the obsessive “you girl”, and inspire all the viewers to follow their example.
