Sports brand Puma teamed up with automotive giant BMW to create a joint product. As part of the collaboration, the sports and casual sneaker manufacturer and the luxury performance car brand have created a pair of RS-X3 sneakers. The silhouette of the new model shows how the product designers drew inspiration from the BMW M-Series range of vehicles, not forgetting the famous three-color emblem. The sneaker received a "high-speed" design with detailed construction and an emphasis on speed.

The upper part of the RS-X3 is made of white mesh material, alternating with natural leather, suede and synthetic inserts. The silhouette of the model is surrounded by red racing tones, as well as a dark blue color that adds an element of elegance. The toe and tongue are covered with gray inserts, and on the back of the sneakers there is original BMW logo, while 'M Motorsport' lettering is on the sides.

Thus, sneakers contain the same iconic elements that are supplied with decorative grilles and tires of every car that the Bavarian concern produces. The lower part of the shoe features a thick white midsole constructed from tech EVA foam and embellished with silver and gray accents. The outsole itself also mixes the characteristic blue, red and navy shades, completing the overall styling of the model.
The new sneakers are on sale in limited quantities and are available for around $135. For BMW, this is not the only such project in recent times. It was recently revealed that the automaker engaged renowned street artist Futura 2000 to hand paint the exterior and interior of the iconic M2 coupe. Three exclusive versions of the car will go on sale in June 2020.
