Job search service Glassdoor has compiled a "Best Places to Work 2014" ranking of 50 American companies recognized as the best place to work.
This time, Bain & Company, a consulting company, was recognized as the best place to work, with a score of 4.6 out of 5 possible. The second and third places were shared Twitter and LinkedIn. Of the well-known brands that managed to enter the top ten, it is also worth noting Facebook (5th place) and Google (8th place).
It takes Glassdoor about 12 months to compile one rating. This covers about 500,000 companies in the US. It should be noted that in the rating you can find not only the position of the company and the number of points scored by it, but also the main pros and cons for applicants.
