The South Korean giant is launching original Samsung Experience Stores in various malls across the country.
As part of the celebration anniversary of the Galaxy line, the South Korean giant Samsung has announced its intention to open a network of retail stores in the United States.
The company is opening three Samsung Experience Stores in different malls across the country. One will be located at the Americana at Brand complex in Los Angeles, another at Long Island's Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, New York, and a third at the Galleria in Houston, Texas. The opening of all stores was timed to coincide with the Galaxy UNPACKED 2019 event, which presented the latest Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Fold smartphones.
And from March of this year, the company also plans to start opening pop-up stores in other shopping centers across the country. AT Samsung is countingthat the emergence of outlets will help to compete more successfully with Apple, whose stores are present everywhere in the United States.
The Samsung Experience Stores will allow customers to experience all the latest Samsung products, including Galaxy smartphones, tablets and wearables, as well as TVs and smart home devices. Users will also be able to receive service there. The stores are also expected to become meeting points for fans of the company's products.
The company has previously opened demonstration points in the United States. However, they did not sell.
