Target has announced the launch of Good & Gather, its largest food and beverage brand to date.
The new flagship line, which will include a wide variety of products including children's, natural and organic, and seasonal categories, will be available in Target stores starting September 15th. On the same day, online sales will also start.
By the end of 2020, the brand will include over 2,000 products, including dairy products, prepared pastas, avocado toast salad sets, beetroot hummus, muesli bars and sparkling water. All of these products will be made without artificial flavors, sweeteners, synthetic colors and high fructose corn syrup. The Good & Gather brand will replace the Archer Farms and Simply Balanced brands and reduce the number of products made under the Market Pantry brand.
Recently Target network began to pay more and more attention to food. Over the past seven years, the retailer has made significant progress in this direction. However, consumers still have a poor perception of Target stores as a place to stock up on groceries. It was to combat this state of affairs that a new trademark was created. According to a press release, years of research and investment in development have gone into making the line meet all the requirements of today's consumers. According to company representatives, the Good & Gather brand is a significant step forward.
