The company was founded in 2000. Initially, it was a division of the trading network Vobis Networkbut became independent in 2004.
Vobis Computer LLC was the first to introduce devices on the Russian market running an operating system Google Android. It was this company that introduced the communicator Highscreen Zeus — первое в России устройство под Android в форм-факторе «боковой слайдер» (Highscreen — товарная марка, принадлежащая Vobis).
