Company SPB Software, a well-known creator of software for all kinds of mobile devices, is now owned by Yandex. The deal was officially announced by the largest Russian search engine itself.
The deal is beneficial for both parties. Yandex gets the opportunity to expand its services by actively introducing them to the mobile device market. It is in the direction of the mobile direction that the company's views are now directed. SPB Software will receive additional funding.
