Company Samsung Electronics launched a branded field service "Brand Engineer".
The new service can be used by residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Krasnodar and seven other major Russian cities. The Samsung Brand Engineer service includes on-site diagnostics, repairs and consultations on the care of equipment.
As part of the warranty service, the service is provided free of charge. After the warranty expires, a fee is charged at the company's service rates, the company's press service said. The service is provided for the maintenance of refrigerators, washing machines and televisions.
According to Rinat Nigmatullin, director of the service department of the headquarters Samsung Electronics in the CIS countries, the service will allow customers to get the opportunity to solve problems in equipment in one visit. In Moscow and St. Petersburg, the departure of brand engineers is carried out within a day after the application, in the regions - within two days.
As of the beginning of 2018, Samsung operates the largest network of specialized service centers. In Russia and the CIS countries, 587 Samsung service centers have been opened, as well as 30 premium mono-brand centers “Samsung Service Plaza”, combined with demonstration zones of the company's new products.
