Italian designer Giambattista Valli has created a special collection for the Swedish retailer H&M.
H&M has been offering its customers designer collections since 2004. Collaborations created in partnership with such well-known brands as Versace, Moschino, Lanvin and Balmain have already been presented. These collections are in great demand due to their uniqueness, availability relative to the luxury segment, limited quantities and, as a rule, sold out in the first few days. It is expected that the Giambattista Valli x H&M collaboration will become no less popular than the previous experiments of the mass market giant. The collaboration will be available only in one St. Petersburg H&M store - in the Nevsky Center shopping mall: the shopping center will open its doors to customers on November 7 at 7 am.
The Giambattista Valli collection includes men's and women's pieces, balancing on the verge of relaxed everyday style and evening chic: brightly colored tulle dresses, embroidered coats and jackets, blouses with voluminous elements, slogan sweatshirts and original accessories. In addition, the collection will feature a menswear line, which was the first for Giambattista Valli in his career.
“I am thrilled with this collaboration: H&M gives me the opportunity to share my style with a wider audience. My goal is to share with other people the love of beauty and be part of their moments of happiness, helping to create new love stories around the world,” commented Giambattista Valli.
“We are very happy to work with Giambattista Valli. He is the undisputed master of high fashion, with a unique ability to create memorable silhouettes. To present an iconic style and share its vision of beauty with our customers is our big dream, which has finally come true. We are looking forward to this incredible collection,” said Ann-Sophie Johansson, creative consultant at H&M.
