Airline Virgin Atlantic Airways launched a £6 million global advertising campaign today. Thus, the company plans to slightly change its image and increase passenger traffic.
The 90-second video, which uses pop group Muse's "Feeling Good", is intended to "call people on a metaphorical flight through the surreal and glamorous world of an airline" (official statement).
The advertising campaign has already been launched in the US and UK. And there is a small but interesting difference. The video that is intended to be shown in the US differs from the British one in that the company logo is shown at the very beginning, and not at the end. The reason for this is that at home Virgin Atlantic far better known than in the United States. In addition, this will not allow the viewer to confuse a British company with an American one. Virgin Americaoperating on internal lines.
The advertisement was launched just before the resumption of business flights, when the number of passengers increases significantly. The video will be shown mainly in cinemas and stadiums.
