Barbie Malibu Dreamhouse is a home for those who loved to play Barbie as children.
Rental service Airbnb presented a very unusual offer. Barbie doll fans have the opportunity to spend two unforgettable nights in a dollhouse located on the Pacific coast. The offer was timed to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the famous doll, which was created by Mattel in 1959.
With panoramic ocean views, a nearby beach, a pool and a cinema, the Barbie Malibu Dreamhouse is more than just a place to relax in Barbie's signature style. According to Airbnb, this is a great way to fulfill a childhood dream. And although the stay will last only two nights, the memories of them will remain in the end for a lifetime.

The house is completely made in the style of a Barbie dollhouse. Its décor is dominated by pink elements and is literally filled with objects from the world of the legendary doll. Some of them are simply designed in the Barbie aesthetic, while others are clearly borrowed from the already presented collections. For example, on the veranda there is a huge pink tape recorder that repeats the toy version.

The house is designed for 4 guests, it has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, an office and a room for creativity. The huge wardrobe is filled with clothes from different collections presented over 60 years. Here you can find dark cat-eye glasses, a clown costume, high heels and even a space suit. Guests are also invited to participate in various activities, themes for which are inspired by Barbie models released in different years.

Another option is to cook in the white kitchen using Barbie's signature pink appliances with local chef Gina Clarke-Helm.
The house could only be booked for two nights from the 27th to the 29th of October. Naturally, Airbnb didn't have to wait long for customers. All rental proceeds will go to the charity Dream Gap Project, which gives young girls the resources and support to make their dreams come true.
