An interesting trial nearly happened in the US. There, the largest retail chain was attacked at once by one and a half million women. All these are employees of the company who are sure of discrimination from wal mart.
Women believe that men who work for the network have higher salaries, and much more chances for promotion. In the US, such claims are generally very popular.
However, despite the huge number of "undersigned", the US Supreme Court decided to dismiss the claim. The reason is the lack of convincing evidence of the fact of discrimination in the entire company (individual cases do not count).
But if the case had been given a go, then it could go down in history as a record for the number of people who filed a complaint. But, perhaps, everything is still ahead and we should expect women to go to court again, this time with more convincing evidence.
