Fashion designer Brandon Blackwood teamed up with Starbucks to create a limited-edition collection of bags for cold drinks. The collaboration also introduced new flavors of Starbucks Pink Drink and Starbucks Paradise Drink in bottles.
The designer took inspiration from the colors, flavors, and textures of the new collection of bags, which feature fruity flavors combined with coconut milk and juice. Starbucks Pink Drink is strawberry and acai, and Paradise Drink is pineapple and passion fruit. Both new products are now available at all major retailers across the United States. Pink Drink was first created by Starbucks fans in 2016, and officially entered the coffee chain's menu in 2017.
The new bags within the Brandon Blackwood + Starbucks Sip & Sling Collection come in two colors, pink and ombré, inspired by the colors of the original flavors.
"This is a dream collaboration for me," said Blackwood, whose handbag and accessory collections have become iconic in their own right. "My designs reflect my creativity and how my community inspires me, and I credit social media with helping me connect with them – and driving our popularity relatively quickly over the last few years".
