Adidas presents a limited edition sneaker dedicated to the famous TV series Game of Thrones.
Based on the Ultraboost running shoes, which received a new design. There are six species in total, each of which is designed in the style of one of the warring kingdoms of Westeros - a fictional land on the territory of which the events of the Game of Thrones unfold. Also, all sneakers are equipped with tags on which the coats of arms of the kingdoms and their mottos are drawn.
Naturally, the matter is not limited only to the design, by purchasing such sneakers, the user receives very comfortable and high-tech shoes. In addition, despite the new original design, it immediately becomes clear who the manufacturer is, the recognizable Ultraboost profile has been preserved.
“Collaboration with franchises like Game of Thrones is part of our DNA. We get inspiration from the fact that brands and TV shows can go beyond their core business and become part of pop culture. And this project is just part of our open strategy, with which we turn our iconic products into a canvas on which stories are painted, ”said the managing director Adidas Alberto Uncini Manganelli.
The unique sneakers are already on sale, just before the 8th and final season of the series, which is scheduled to premiere on April 14, will be presented. The cost of one pair is $210.
