Received an official message from Procter & Gamble, who revealed that she sold her snack brand Pringles companies Kellogg, which is considered the largest food manufacturer in the United States.
The deal is reported to be worth $2.7 billion. It is expected that everything will be completed by the summer of this year. Kellogg believes that the deal will be extremely profitable for her and will pay off as early as next year. After all, today Pringles are one of the most popular snacks in the world.
This is not the first time that Procter & Gamble sells Pringles. That's just a deal with a Californian company Diamond Foods Inc., in 2011 failed, and literally at the last moment.
Thus, Procter & Gamble continues its policy of getting rid of food brands.
