The new product line, called VRST, is designed for men who are looking for comfort and relaxation in their casual wear.
Shoppers around the world have significantly changed their habits during the pandemic. And one of the growing trends is the rejection of office suits and the transition to more comfortable semi-sportswear, in which you can not only go for a run, but also work on the couch, and take a walk with the children in the park. American sporting goods retailer Dick's Sporting Goods has also decided to join this trend and announced the launch of a new brand called VRST.
Under the VRST brand, clothing for men will be presented on the market (the company also previously introduced a women's line of a similar direction, under the Calia brand). According to the manufacturer's description, this is a lifestyle product line, and not just another brand of sportswear. VRST compares rather with Lululemon, and not with clothes only for sports, like Nike or under armor. Buyers are urged not to associate the new brand only and exclusively with sports, but to consider it as part of a new lifestyle, as clothing that can provide comfort in a variety of situations.
The range of the brand includes tracksuits, T-shirts, shorts, sweatshirts and other similar products. The new brand is positioned as an average price, closer to the expensive segment, the price of products varies from 30 to 120 dollars.
Since March 16, the brand's products have been available on the Dick's Sporting Goods website, as well as on a separate website of the brand itself. VRST products are expected to hit more than 400 parent brand stores in the coming weeks.
