The first products cost between $23 and $140.
British supermodel Kate Moss has announced the launch of her own wellness brand Cosmoss. The first line includes six products, including vegan skin care, Sacred Mist fragrance and uplifting tea.
“A story of reconnection from soul to surface. There is a magic to Cosmoss and I can’t wait for you all to uncover it, just as I did,” commented Moss. In an advertising campaign dedicated to the launch of the line of products, the founder of the brand promises to "find inner peace and self-fulfilment and open a door to balance, restoration and love."
Kate is considered one of the most successful top models of the 90s and 2000s, and according to Forbes, she ranks second in wealth among all models. With the launch of Cosmoss, she joins a long list of celebrities entering the beauty industry. The main representative of wellness among celebrities is 50-year-old Gwyneth Paltrow, who founded her brand Goop in 2008. Today, her business is valued at $250 million. And in 2021, Jessica Alba's The Honest Company was valued at $1.4 billion.
The Global Wellness Institute has estimated that sales in the wellness industry will grow by an average of 10% per year in the coming years. And the largest department store chains have recently been increasingly opening specialized departments for the sale of goods for a healthy lifestyle.
