The new version of the Menlo Cossack Jacket is crafted in calfskin in a cognac shade.
The American brand Levi's has released the Menlo Cossack Jacket, a replica of the famous leather jacket worn by Albert Einstein in the 1930s.
The jacket became a cult classic among numerous collectors and enthusiasts around the world after Einstein wore it on the cover of TIME magazine in the spring of 1938.
However, for Levi's Vintage Clothing this is not the first reissue of the famous jacket. The fashion brand re-released the Menlo Cossack Jacket in 2018 and 2019 in black.
A new version of the cognac shade with a shape that repeats the original shape and cut, made of calfskin. The Menlo Cossack packaging features Einstein himself, and inside is the famous photograph of the great scientist.
The exclusive garment will only be sold in Japan. The new version of the Menlo Cossack Jacket will be available at Levi's online store as well as flagship stores in Harajuku and Osaka.
