Ooni, a Scottish-based company specializing in outdoor pizza ovens, has introduced its first oven for home use.
The innovative product, called "Volt 12", is a high-temperature oven of the closed type, which can be used to cook real Italian pizza at home.
Modeled after the flagship Karu 16, the oven is a powder-coated carbon steel unit with advanced insulation. The stove has a 13-inch glass door and various adjustments to make several pizzas in a row.
The Ooni Volt 12 can cook a classic Neapolitan pizza in just 90 seconds and reach a temperature of 454 degrees Celsius in 20 minutes. The oven is already available on the manufacturer's official website for $999.
