The research company Euromonitor has presented a rating of the most popular beers. As a result, the Chinese brands Snow and Tsingtao turned out to be the most popular. European manufacturers managed to break through only to 7th place.
In general, the Euromonitor rating looks like this:
- Snow (China)
- Tsingtao (China)
- Bud Light (USA)
- Budweiser (USA)
- Skol (Brazil)
- Yanjing (China)
- Heineken (Netherlands)
- Harbin (China)
- Brahma (Brazil)
- Coors Light (USA)
So the Chinese not only took the first two places, but also managed to get to the 6th and 8th places.
The rating was compiled based on the demand for brands. So it is not surprising that it was manufacturers from China, a country with a huge population, who managed to take first place. If the rating took into account the prevalence of the brand, then surely the indicators would be completely different.
