The new line will be available in Japanese coffee shops from October 19 to 31.
The largest food&beverage chains compete in creativity on the eve of Halloween. Following Dunkin' and Krispy Creme, Starbucks introduced its collection of truly creepy and frightening drinks and desserts in Japan.
The largest chain of coffee houses was marked by a festive line, which included “Purple Halloween Frappuccino” based on murasaki imo sweet potato powder and vanilla sauce. As an accompaniment, the drink accompanies the Halloween Raspberry Cake with purple filling.

In addition to a new kind of coffee frappuccino created especially for the holiday, Starbucks Japan introduced the Mango Passion fruit tea frappuccino with citrus pulp and whipped cream, as well as the Matcha cream frappuccino.
The company said that the new drinks will be available in coffee shops exclusively from 19 to 31 October.
