Undoubtedly, the most notable message on the pages of many media on June 5 was the information that the American company Aple filed an application for the iWatch trademark in Russia. It is also reported that this application goes into two categories at once: computers and peripheral devices for them, as well as watches and similar devices.
The iWatch trademark is already registered in countries such as the USA, Australia, Italy, Jamaica and some others. Meanwhile, it is reported that a trademark has already been registered in Russia i-watch, but it goes through a different class: marketing research.
Подобные действия могут иметь под собой только одно основание — компания хочет обезопасить себя от борьбы за ТМ, которая вполне может возникнуть после начала продаж устройства. А в скором появлении «умных часов», слухи о которых будоражат интернет уже достаточно давно, уже мало кто сомневается.
