Recently we already wrote about the research The Newspaper Works, according to which paper newspapers are not in danger. Maybe it is so. However, more and more people prefer to read news on the Internet.
A study conducted by Pew Research Center, shows that online news resources are becoming more and more popular. For example, more than 68 percent of Americans said they prefer to get news from the Web than to buy printed publications. The number of people who regularly view printed publications is gradually declining. For the majority, the newspaper becomes more of an addition than the main source of information.
However, television and radio are still the leaders - the vast majority of respondents use their services as news sources. These include those who read newspapers and those who surf the Internet.
The majority of respondents stated that they are not tied to any news resource and, in search of news, look at them several times.
